Salary:

• Basic: £36,017
• Substantial bonus opportunities
• OTE up to £45,000

Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• Saturday mornings on rota

Role Overview:
As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, you will leverage your technical expertise to perform a range of services and repairs on customer vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both minor and major mechanical work
• Performing electrical and engine repairs
• Engaging with customers to discuss necessary repairs
• Carrying out road tests after work completion
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment for fault-finding
• Completing comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Ideally trained in Hybrid/EV technology (training provided if not)
• Experience in car servicing and repairs at a main dealership, independent garage, or similar environment
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Friendly, respectful, and enthusiastic demeanor towards guests and colleagues
• Honest and diligent work ethic
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
