Aftersales Advisor

We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Oxford. If you are ambitious, customer-focused and a team-player, we think you would fit in well at Eden.

Salary

• Basic salary of £26,000 (DOE)
• Plus substantial bonus opportunities of £8,000 per year
• Giving OTE £34,000 per year

• Langford Lane Kidlington, Oxford OX51RY

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm
• ONLY 1 in 3 SATURDAYS MORNING

Job Description:

• You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player.
• Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers.
• As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
