This busy dealership is expanding their team, and have the following vacancies:

Vehicle Service Technician

• Basic Salary £28,400
• Plus uncapped bonus starting from £3,600
• OTE starting from £32,000
• GUARANTEED FULL BONUS (for your first 3 months)

Diagnostic Technician

• Basic Salary £36,400
• Plus uncapped bonus starting from £3,600
• OTE starting from £40,000
• GUARANTEED FULL BONUS (for your first 3 months)

Hours

• 40hrs per week
• Saturday morning on a rota

The role

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
• Complete electrical and engine repair work
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.

The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
• Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
• Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
