Salary for Master Technician

• Basic salary £44,200
• Plus bonus opportunities of £500 per month
• Giving OTE of £50,000 plus overtime

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
• NO SATURDAYS REQUIRED!

Your Role Awaits!

Master Technician:

• Tackle Challenges: Diagnose complex vehicle issues and deliver top-notch service and repairs.
• Delight Customers: Ensure a first-time fix and exceed customer expectations every time.
• Showcase Your Skills: Complete video vehicle health checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate & Coach: Communicate effectively with your team and mentor colleagues in technical aspects.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Enhance your skills with regular training, including the latest in EV technology.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Previous car servicing and repair experience; diagnostic or Master Technician experience.
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly demeanor.
• Honest and diligent work ethic.
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
