Vacancy: Senior Light Commercial Vehicle Technician (Vans)

Salary

• Basic salary from £35,000
• Plus bonus scheme
• OTE from £40,000 per year

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Only 1 in 4 SATURDAYS MORNINGS! (8.30am – 12.30pm)

The role

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vans, including minor and major mechanical work
• Complete electrical and engine repair work
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.

The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Van servicing and repair experience
• Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
