Master Vehicle Technician

Salary

• Basic salary of £36,000 per year
• Plus generous bonus, with an OTE over £42,000
• Welcome Bonus – £1,000 on joining and an additional £1,000 after successfully completing probation
• Referral Bonus – Earn up to £2,000 for every technician you refer to us

Hours

• No Weekends – get the work-life balance you deserve
• Monday to Friday daytime hours only
• overtime is available only if wanted on Saturdays paid at 1.5 x hourly rate

Car Dealership

• Drive Vauxhall – Chesnut St, Darlington, County Durham DL1 1RJ

Your Role

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues to manufacturer standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including premium and franchise brands.
• Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommend necessary work.
• Collaborate with a professional and experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in automotive maintenance and repair.
• Experience in a dealership or service centre environment.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.

Desirable:

• Apprentice-trained.
• MOT Tester Licence.
• Proficiency in diagnostic software.
