• Basic salary range £35,000 – £50,000 per year

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
• Only 1 in 4 Saturdays Morning 8.30 am – 12.00 pm

If you’re a Diagnostic or Master Technician with 2 years of main dealership experience preferably ExFCA accredited, we’d love to speak to you!

You’ll be joining a fantastic, established team and be supported by a motivating and encouraging Service Manager.

The role

• Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as routine service & repairs
• Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities
• Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress
• Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training including EV
• Assist and coach your colleagues with technical assistance
• Maintain a clean & safe work bay

The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience, preferably with a main dealership
• Diagnostic or Master Technician experience
• Master technician accredited ExFCA preferred
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
• Have an honest and diligent approach to work
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
