Job Advert: Technician/MOT Tester Level 3
Location: Eden Vauxhall, Newbury, RG14 2AD
Salary: £30,000 basic + £1,000 for MOT Tester certification + £1,000 for EV training (OTE £38,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (No weekends!)
Eden Vauxhall Newbury is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Technician/MOT Tester Level 3 to join our dynamic team!
About Us:
At Eden Vauxhall, we prioritize our team’s well-being and work-life balance. As of December, we will be implementing new hours and closing for aftersales on Saturdays to give our staff the rest they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
- Perform MOT tests to the highest standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Valid MOT Tester certification
- EV training is a plus (additional £1,000 incentive)
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
