- Plus uncapped bonus earning potential

- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
- ONLY 1 x SATURDAY A MONTH 8.30am – 12.30pm

The role
You’ll be welcomed into a fantastic team and be supported by a motivating and encouraging Service Manager.
Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:
- Utilising your technical knowledge to carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
- Complete electrical and engine repair work
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
- Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.
The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
- Candidates with Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualification will be considered
- Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
- Have an honest and diligent approach to work
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
