Salary:

• Giving OTE of £30,000 – £48,000

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 42.5 hours.
• Every 1 in three Saturdays paid as overtime

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, you will utilize your technical expertise to perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting services, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles, ranging from minor to major mechanical work.
• Performing electrical and engine repairs as needed.
• Communicating with customers to explain vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
• Conducting road tests post-service to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
• Completing Vehicle Health Checks.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum IMI Level 3 Qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Ideally Hybrid/EV trained (training provided if not).
• Experience in car servicing and repair within a main dealership, independent garage, or similar environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly demeanour towards customers and colleagues.
• Honest and diligent work ethic.
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
