Location – Cole Avenue, Gloucester, GL2 5ER

Salary

• Basic salary range £25,000 to £30,000 per year
• Plus substantial bonus opportunities up to £1,000 per month!
• Giving OTE up to £40,000

Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

If you’re a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician, with two years of experience in car servicing and maintenance, we’d love to speak to you!

You’ll be joining a fantastic team and be supported by a motivating and encouraging Service Manager.

The role

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:

• Utilising your technical knowledge to carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
• Complete electrical and engine repair work
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
• Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.

The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Candidates with Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualification will be considered
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
• Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
• Have an honest and diligent approach to work
• A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
