Exciting Opportunities Await at Thames Motor Group! If you’re a Level 3 Vehicle Technician with at least 2 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

Salary:

• Basic Salary: £26,520 – £37,570
• Bonus Opportunities: Up to £6,000 per year!

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
• No Saturdays Required!

Your Role Awaits!

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Work: Use your technical skills to service and maintain vehicles, from minor repairs to major overhauls.
• Electrical & Engine Repairs: Engage in a variety of repair tasks that challenge you.
• Customer Interaction: Discuss vehicle needs with customers, fostering transparency and trust.
• Diagnostic Mastery: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Health Checks: Conduct thorough Vehicle Health Checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous car servicing and repair experience.
• Attitude: Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for outstanding customer service.
• Personality: Enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly demeanor.
• Work Ethic: Honest and diligent.
• License: Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
