Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
On-Target Earnings: Uncapped bonuses leading to over £40,000 annually!
Sign-On Bonus: £1,000 in your first month and another £1,000 after probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications
• Provide accurate reports on vehicle conditions and recommend further maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair or equivalent
• Proven experience in an automotive dealership or service centre

Desirable Skills:

• Apprentice-trained or time-served
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools
• Valid MOT Tester License (preferred but not essential)
