We are offering a realistic earning opportunity of between £32,550 and £45,850 depending upon skills and experience.

This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes the average performance bonuses our teams are earning, the reality is that the opportunity is uncapped.

The salaries we are offering are dependent upon experience and accreditation:

  • Technician – £32,550
  • Senior Technician – £35,400
  • Diagnostic Technician – £38,500
  • Dual Brand Diagnostic Technician – £40,250
  • Master Technician – £43,600
  • Dual Brand Master Technician – £45,850

Qualifications:

  • IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent

Hours

  • Monday to Friday – 42 Hours Working Week
  • NO WEEKENDS!

You’ll be joining a fantastic team and be supported by a motivating and encouraging Service Manager.

The role

Depending on your skill level and experience the role will involve:

  • Utilising your technical knowledge to carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including minor and major mechanical work
  • Complete electrical and engine repair work
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and address issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace
  • Communicate successfully with customers where needed to explain repair findings and recommendations.

The ideal skills, qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Candidates with Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Qualification will be considered
  • Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
  • Car servicing and repair experience in either a main dealership, independent garage or other car servicing company
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude
  • Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues
  • Have an honest and diligent approach to work
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential
