Why did you apply to Stellantis?

To be honest at the beginning I was a bit hesitant as I didn’t know much about the motor industry, but I had a keen interest in the commercial and marketing programme, so I went ahead and applied! For myself, this graduate programme is a good opportunity to improve relevant skills which can be transferrable in the future. As a global company, Stellantis is a good place to start a career and expand a network.

What do you enjoy the most about your programme?

I’d say a lot! Firstly, you can meet people from all different backgrounds and get to know each other which is great! Secondly, the fast-paced environment will keep you motivated and encourage you to overcome any challenges, once all the difficulties are solved you will have learnt a lot. Finally, I really enjoy the team spirit, sharing cakes in the office and a slice of pizza all of which can make your day!

What are the Perks of working for Stellantis?

The greatest perk for me is the hybrid working, it’s flexible and gives you more choices.

What advice would you give to others looking to join an early careers programme at Stellantis?

Be well-prepared, be motivated, be curious and you’ll enjoy your new journey!
